J & T Consultants is the love child of two full-time private practice owners, entrepreneurs, and real-life partners, Tifany and Jeremy.

Together, we merged our strengths in clinical practice, business strategy, and operational systems to create one mission-driven company: To help other healthcare providers launch, grow, and sustain profitable practices without burning out.

Hi, I'm Jeremy Anderson!

Jeremy Anderson, LCSW, LAC is the founder of A New Light Counseling and an experienced executive leader with a strong clinical foundation. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Florida Atlantic University. His expertise lies in behavioral health, program development, and community collaboration. Jeremy previously served as Executive Director of a medical facility, leading clinical teams and overseeing the launch of innovative treatment programs. In addition to his work in healthcare, he has successfully developed and launched restaurant ventures, demonstrating a unique ability to scale operations across sectors. Earlier in his career, he engaged in community-based work with the Public Defender’s Office, building partnerships across agencies to connect underserved individuals with critical services.

As a healthcare business consultant, she specializes in helping providers grow sustainable, high-revenue practices through strategic digital marketing, lead generation, and offer development.
